Terms of use

These terms apply to oddiforge.com, the waitlist, your account and the support chat (together: "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Oddi Forge is

Oddi Forge is a community project around $ODDI, a community token on the Solana blockchain. $ODDI has no intrinsic value, gives no rights to profits, dividends, votes in a company or repayment, and is not an investment product. See the risk disclosure.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Make your own decisions and, if needed, consult an independent advisor.

3. The waitlist and your account

• You may create one account, with an email address you control.
• Place in line, ranks, badges and points have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Abuse of the referral program (for example fake or throwaway email addresses) can lead to removal of referrals or the account.
• You can delete your account at any time in your account.

4. Rewards

Future rewards (for example $ODDI airdrops from the public rewards wallet) are a community program, not an entitlement. Their amounts, rules and timing may change or stop. Rewards are never a payment for a purchase.

5. Wallets and transactions

Buying, holding or selling $ODDI happens in your own wallet on third-party platforms (such as Raydium or Jupiter). Oddi Forge never holds your funds or keys and cannot reverse transactions. Only use the contract address published on this site. We will never ask for your recovery phrase.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no spam, no impersonation of Oddi Forge or its team, no attempts to break, overload or scrape the site, and nothing unlawful in the support chat or (later) the forum.

7. AI assistance

Parts of Oddi Forge are run with AI agents, which are clearly labelled on the team page. Their messages can contain mistakes; decisions about funds, the token and these terms are always made by a person.

8. Changes and availability

We may change the site and these terms. We'll update the date above and, for important changes, inform account holders. The site is provided as is, without a guarantee that it is always available or error-free.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oddi Forge is not liable for losses from price movements, the use of third-party platforms, lost keys or wallets, or interruptions of the site.
